C&J's Meal Plan Announcement
We have been two weeks at C & J’s Barbeque. Personally, I believe it is a big improvement on food and location. The Board met last Wednesday and decided that this would be our policy moving forward. The 44 members (or so) who ask to be sent one statement for the 2nd quarter ($260 for meals - same as The Stella) can sign in and go through the buffet line as usual.
Any members and any guest (not a prospective member) may pay $18 at the door. Otherwise, you are requested to go through the regular line (or pick up your order at the drive through) before joining the meeting. Your quarterly statement will reflect the same “facility fee” as The Stella ($20).
In the third quarter, those who choose to bill for entire 13 weeks will pay $234 ($18/meal). We encourage all of our members be a “paid meal” member. The “no meal” members will be requested to go through the regular line or drive through. The “no meal” will have a $50 fee on their quarterly statement. The “meal” members will pay $16 for guest (other than prospective members) at the door.
The Board will reexamine this policy in the Spring. Your input on menu or any other issues with our new location is appreciated.
