Rhonda Watson Bio:

Rhonda Watson is Director of Marketing and Access at Hospice Brazos Valley.  She studied radio, television and film at Sam Houston State University.  In 1994 she and her husband moved to Seattle, WA.  Her career includes journalism, marketing, communications and media production.  While in Seattle, her Aggie husband, Dr. Robert Alaniz, earned a PhD in Immunology at the University of Washington and is now a professor at TAM-HSC.  Her diverse career includes working production at KABB-Fox 29 in San Antonio, production and on air talent at KING 5 Television, the largest media company in the Pacific Northwest, Fund Development for the United Negro College Fund, a Kellog Foundation Fellow at Social Justice Fund NW and a consultant at the Collins Group.

She and her husband relocated to Texas in 2008.  They have 2 sons who were born in Seattle. The oldest is a junior at NYU studying global health, and the youngest is a junior at A&M Consolidated HS.

Rhonda enjoys cooking, traveling and reading.
