Lone Star Meadery

Lonestar Meadery was founded in February of 2020 by friends that had a plan to manufacture one of the oldest forms of alcohol, MEAD. Mead (i.e. honey wine) is estimated to be around 9000 years old ( according to the newest historical findings). And it’s the only alcohol to spontaneously create itself!

Cam has a background in culinary arts and a Sommellier certification. She has a home brewing background and works in the tasting room.
