Prior to CACI acquisition of LGS Innovation served as President of the Integration and Operations Solutions Group a LGS Innovations (former Bell Labs-Federal). P&L responsibility of two business divisions (Network Integration Services & Axios Engineering) providing network development/design/installation, Network, Cyber Defense, Signal processing and Algorithm software development and direct mission support to DoD and the US Intelligence Community. Formerly Director of Geospatial Solutions for General Dynamics Mission Systems, Advanced Information Systems, leading strategic opportunities with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), other IC agencies and DoD. Oversight of multiple corporate level capture teams, development and execution of strategy and shaping for GD-AIS solutions to compete for large and strategic opportunities. Previously led Geospatial P&L business area responsible for development, sustainment, production of US and partner intelligence systems. Completed one year corporate senior executive and corporate capture training. Previously, Director of C4ISR/T solutions for BAE Systems, Intelligence & Security. Led all capture activities regarding Defense Systems & Solutions capture of Distributed Common Ground System-Navy. Worked with Government policy, requirements, resource and acquisition customers to develop a new start program of record under the Navy’s N2/6 organization. Formerly, VP of Strategic Development for L-3 Communications-ComCept Division. Responsible for business development, strategic planning, research and development and Congressional affairs. Over 18 years of Intelligence program leadership and business development and 23 years of senior military leadership and management experience including carrier aviation, strike, ISR and naval warfare, Congressional affairs and DoD appropriations.
