Junior Achievement of the Brazos Valley

Bless Stennis is the Local Director for Junior Achievement, an organization dedicated to helping students connect what they learn in school with real life outside the classroom. Junior Achievement provides engaging, hands-on lessons in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness to equip students with practical skills for the future.

In 2024, Bless helped launch Junior Achievement’s High School Heroes Program, which has seen strong success across Bryan ISD and is expanding into College Station ISD. The program empowers high school students to serve as classroom volunteers, teaching JA curriculum to younger students. This peer-led model allows high school students to build leadership and real-world experience while making learning fun and relatable for elementary students. Under Bless’s leadership, Junior Achievement continues to inspire students through interactive, game-based learning that helps them remember and apply essential life skills.
