The Bryan ISD Education Foundation

The Bryan ISD Education Foundation is our Charity of the Month!

Alison is serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Bryan ISD Education Foundation. She has a child, Eli, a 5th grader at Sam Rayburn Intermediate School and Ben, who will be in Kindergarten at Houston elementary school next year. Alison and her husband, Stephen, have lived in the BCS area for over 20 years. 

Currently, Alison is employed as the Director of Development at Scotty's House overseeing the fundraising for the organization. Previously, she served as the President & CEO of United Way of the Brazos Valley from 2014 to 2022.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development and a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Leadership Education from Texas A&M University with an additional certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. Alison has built a deep understanding for multiple aspects of nonprofit management and has been working with nonprofit organizations since 2006.
