She began her career as a Recruiter before being promoted to oversee business development efforts in Bryan, TX. In 2008, She joined Spherion as a founding team member working alongside Presidents and Licensee Owners, Justin and Katherine Kleemann, to serve clients, candidates in the Brazos Valley and Montgomery County communities. .
She is an active member and Past-President of the local SHRM Chapter, BV-SRHM, and was awarded their Building Value with HR Excellence Award in 2012. She is a Texas Tech Grad.
Melissa is the current President of the Bryan Rotary Club. 2025-26
