Founder of On Ramp
Blake and his wife Julie founded OnRamp to help meet a critical need in their community that happened to relate to both his work as a pastor and his love for all things automotive. Blake studied Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University, convinced God had called him into the automotive industry. But God had other plans! For the next seventeen years, Blake served as the Teaching Pastor at Grace Bible Church's Southwood Campus where he regularly interacted with experts serving in charitable organizations throughout the Brazos Valley. A common theme he heard is that lack of reliable transportation traps individuals and families in a cycle of poverty. This reality was the inspiration for OnRamp, which has grown to the point that Blake now leads this ministry as his full-time job! Blake and Julie are proud parents of twins whom Blake dearly hopes will one day love Jesus and cars as much as him.
