  1000 American flags. The flags are 3ft by 5ft and attached to 10 foot met
 al poles. Volunteer groups are encouraged to wear matching organizational 
 t-shirts.  RAIN OR SHINE - dress appropriate for the weather forecast Vet
 erans Park 3101 Harvey Road College Station\, TX  77840  Saturday\, 11/8/
 25\, arrive at 8:30 am to finish before 10:30 am. Sunday\, 11/16/25\, ar
 rive at 1:30 pm to finish by 3:30 pm.  Park in the Softball or Soccer fie
 ld lots.  Check in at the blue pop up tent near the memorial's parking ar
 ea to confirm you've read and understand the liability waiver & photo rele
 ase (Individually or 1 persn may check-in per Sponsored Group or Family Un
 it).  We roll out & take down flags rain or shine so dress according to t
 he weather forecast.  Wear shirts identifying the organization you are vo
