Flags Across Bryan 2024

The Bryan Rotary Club Flags Across Bryan 2024 flag delivery service aims to blanket our designated route area with American flags on five holidays per year. Route Map

The cost is $50 per flag/per year.  We have an online system for order entry.  This is the most efficient way to ensure your order gets in on time.  If you choose to mail in your order rather than entering it online, please include your email address to facilitate our communications to you.  Click here to order online:  Online Order.

(pay by credit card or mail in a check to: Bryan Rotary Club, C/O Flags, PO Box 2760, Bryan, TX 77805-2760)

Our 2024 flag route delivery holidays include:

Presidents Day (2/19), Memorial Day (5/27), Flag Day (6/14), Independence Day (7/4), & Patriots Day (9/11).  On each scheduled holiday, volunteers will deliver your flag(s) in the morning and collect them in the evening. In the case of lightning or heavy rains in the area, delivery may be postponed or canceled due to safety concerns for our volunteers who handle the flags.

We encourage you to help us to line our neighborhoods with flags by purchasing Gift flags at $50 each for holiday delivery for your friends, families and neighbors in our delivery area.  For each gift flag subscription, you'll get to name an additional honoree at our Field of Valor.  So, if you have 4 honorees but only room for 1 or 2 flags in front of your home, add two Gift Flag tickets to name two more honorees and provide an address per Gift flag.  Remember to check our Route map to ensure your gift recipient is in our delivery area.

This year we are again organizing the 12th Annual Bryan Rotary Field of Valor —a display of American Flags at Veterans Park during Veterans Week in November 2024, Nov 9 - 17.  Inclusion in the Field of Valor is automatic with no additional fees for all of our Flags Across Bryan paid subscribers.

Instead of having a flag displayed in your yard on Veterans Day, Nov 11, a flag will be flown during Veterans week in the Bryan Rotary Field of Valor to honor an individual who has served their country or community in the military, as a firefighter, in the police, in EMS, or a Healthcare worker, in recognition of their service to others. A placard will be attached to each flag sponsored in the Field of Valor and a grid location assigned and cross‐referenced by name. Our hope is that citizens will again be drawn to Veterans Park to see the Field of Valor and tour the memorials and reflect on those honored there.

We deliver within the red boundary area.
