Christina Richardson Biography (Oct. 12)

Christina Richardson, principal of Bryan Collegiate, has been an educator in Bryan ISD for 15 years. She began her career in BISD as an AVID teacher at Bryan High School and was later named as the AVID District Director. Richardson's success with first generation college students in the AVID program led her to be asked to write the grant to open an early college high school in Bryan ISD.

In 2007, Richardson opened Bryan Collegiate High School and has served as principal for the last 10 years. During her time as principal, she has successfully led her campus in multiple honors and awards including recognition from US News & World Report as well as Newsweek as one of the top high schools in the nation.
