Recent Developments in Downtown Bryan

Brent Hairston is a businessman and real estate developer/manager with several properties in the Bryan/College Station area. His particular interest is in taking derelict or undervalued properties and renovating/restoring them to their full potential and modern use, while maintaining their historical character. His company, Perry Properties, holds several residential and commercial properties, all in Bryan. Brent is also a member of the Acappella Texas chorus and RINGSIDE QUARTET.
