BCS marathon and Mercy Project

Chris Field is the founder/CEO of local non-profits Mercy Project and the BCS Marathon.  Mercy Project is working in Ghana, Africa to rescue children from slavery by way of economic empowerment and sustainability.  The BCS Marathon raised money for children's charities right here in the Brazos Valley and will have given away nearly $700,000.00 by the end of this year.  N Chris' own words, he "is just a regular guy who had the audacity to believe that ordinary people can change the world."
