Steve Huff-Campus Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach at College Station High School

Coach Huff is beginning his 6th year at College Station High in this position; he helped open College Station High School as the second high school in CSISD. Coach Huff was on the staff at Consol for six years and helped lead the Tigers to the State Semi-Finals. He then moved to become Head Coach and Athletic Director at Midwest City High School in Oklahoma where he led his team to the State Semi-Finals.

Since his stay at College Station High School, the Cougars have won the District Championship in football and had CSHS in the State Semi-Finals this past football season. The Cougars have won more district championships in athletics in the Brazos Valley than any other high school during his tenure. Coach Huff has 33 years of coaching experience, with 23 of those being the Head Coach. He has provided leadership in all of the athletic programs with the Cougars and set high expectation with an emphasis on the four pillars of the Cougar Way: Character, Commitment, Sacrifice and Effort.

Coach Huff has enjoyed great success at every stop in his athletic journey and is a tireless worker. He embraces the role of being the leader for athletics at CSHS. Coach Huff and his wife Tracy have two children; Jett and Tatum.


Lee Fedora-Campus Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach at A&M Consolidated High School

Coach Fedora is starting his first year at his alma mater (class of 1990).  He started his coaching career at Consol with Coach Ross Rogers and has been the Head Coach at Rogers High School in Rogers Texas winning three district championships and State Semi-Finalist.  Coach Fedora had a record of 48-15 during his tenure at Rogers. 

His next stop was at Robinson High School going from a 1-9 his first year to the district champions his second year and was named the division coach of the year during his stay in Robinson. 

Coach Fedora’s next stop was at Navasota High School where he led the Rattlers to numerous district championships, deep runs in the playoffs every year and two state championships.  Coach Fedora’s overall record at Navasota was a phenomenal 109-30.  Coach Fedora has proven himself as a tireless worker with high expectations from his staff and players.  His overall career record stands at 167-55-1.  He has a great emphasis on character and integrity, dedication and discipline.  Coach Fedora’s teams play fast, play hard, play physical with great discipline and play with class.  Coach Fedora has been named coach of the year in the State of Texas and District Coach of the Year numerous times.  Coach Fedora and his wife Lisa, have two daughters, Jordan and Jolee.


Buddy Reed-Director of Student Activities, College Station ISD

Buddy has been in College Station ISD for the past ten years, serving as Principal of Consol and now the Director of Student Activities for CSISD.  He has the responsibilities of overseeing the organization and management of athletics and fine arts in the district. 

Prior to coming to Texas, Buddy was the long time principal of West Monroe High School in West Monroe, Louisiana.  During his time there, the school won numerous state championships in football, basketball and baseball….winning a national title in football.  He has served as the Superintendent of Schools in Lafourche Parish Schools and was a former coach in the Ouachita Parish School System in Louisiana.  He and his wife Valarie (Counselor at CSHS) have two sons, Peyton and Parker that attend CSISD schools. 

Buddy is a firm believer in all staff members letting the student athlete know we care about them, staff members setting good examples for the student/athletes, creating a positive atmosphere within each program, building relationships with students, staff and parents, challenging coaches to bring energy and passion to practice daily and showing loyalty to school, staff and the district.
