Project Unity Child Abuse Prevention Services

Project Unity Founder and President Jeannie McGuire will talk about Project Unity's programs to help prevent child abuse, including Texas Families Together and Safe, Healthy Outcomes through Prevention and Early Support, Safe Harbor, and For Kids Sake. Jeannie had the vision for a healthier community while serving as a parent education coordinator with Bryan ISD in the 1990s. In 1995, she was awarded the first grant to start Project Unity and has been strengthening our community by supporting and educating its families ever since. Jeannie was names Social Worker of the Year for Texas in 1997.
