As founder and CEO of Twin City Properties, Doug Pederson is uniquely qualified to speak to the power of real estate. In his talk, Doug will address the how and why of investing in real estate. 

About the speaker:

Doug Pederson has been a resident of our community since he was recruited out of Minnesota in 1976 to play basketball for Shelby Metcalf. He graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Business Management and in 1989 purchased his first fixer-upper, beginning his career of renovating older properties. Today, Twin City Properties owns 750 "front doors" and boasts 20 employees. Active in many ways throughout the community, Doug has served on the boards of The Better Business Bureau, SOS Ministries, and the Museum of Natural History, among others.
