1) Kasey Van Norman, LPC & Founder/Director of Northway Farms

2) Kasey is a licensed counselor, Bible teacher, & the bestselling author of books, Named by God & Raw Faith. Kasey and her family live in Bryan, TX. She has been married to her husband Justin for 14 years. They have 2 children, Emma Grace & Lake. Kasey teaches over 100,000 women each year as a headline speaker for the Extraordinary Women Conferences & The American Association of Christian Counselors. She is also an ambassador for Compassion International. Justin & Kasey are the founders & director of Northway Farms--a not for profit mission located in Brazos County that works to strengthen community by offering employment, education, and a family to vulnerable women & children. Kasey is a counselor for the Brazos Women's Detention Center and a covenant member with Declaration Church of Bryan. She is a cancer-survivor & has received degrees in Psychology, Communication, Trauma Counseling, and Biblical Studies.

4) Northway Farms is a powerful community of survivors, volunteers, and friends working side by side to promote economic growth & end the cycles of violence, homelessness, & exploitation that keep poverty in place in Brazos County. With 27% of our population living below the federal poverty line, and over 800 children currently homeless, we must engage the fight against poverty in a new way for the sake of our future generations. The Northway model offers a sustainable & groundbreaking plan to release families from poverty, empower them to live independent of government aid, and bring sustainable economic growth to Bryan/College Station. Our dream is to decrease the poverty population of Brazos County by half by 2025. We are excited to invite you to take part in this exciting, new opportunity to cultivate community!
