Bryan Rotary Club is organizing the 4th Annual Bryan Rotary Field of Valor —a patriotic display of 1000 American Flags at Veterans Park during Veterans Week, November 8-15, 2015.
The primary purposes of the FOV are to raise funds to SERVE the community, to HONOR those who serve selflessly, and to EDUCATE students through field trips to the park. Last year, 1400 fifth-grade students toured the memorials and witnessed the Field of Valor, and hundreds gathered at the park for Veterans Day activities hosted by the Brazos Valley Memorial Board

Inclusion in the Field of Valor is automatic for all of our Flags Across Bryan paid subscribers. We also open the Field of Valor to the general public to include area residents & businesses outside of our geographic delivery area.

The cost is $50 per flag/per year.

You can subscribe to have a flag flown in the Bryan Rotary Field of Valor  to honor an individual who has served their country or community in the military, as a firefighter, in the police, or in EMS, in recognition of their service to others. A placard will be attached to each flag sponsored in the Field of Valor and a grid location assigned and cross‐referenced by name. Our hope is that citizens will again be drawn to Veterans Park to see the Field of Valor and tour the memorials and reflect on those honored there.

There are 3 primary ways to support the Field of Valor:
1. Subscribe to have a Flag in the Field of Valor for the honoree you name ($50 per flag/per year)
2. Subscribe to our regular Flags Across Bryan Flag Route and receive an American Flag at your home or business 5 times a year. Instead of delivering a flag to your house on Veterans day, the flag will be placed in the Field of Valor for the honoree you name ($50 per flag/per year. Delivery area is limited in Bryan).
3. Choose to Underwrite the major expenses of the Field of Valor to offset costs (i.e. bus transportation for student field trips, replacement flags & poles, lighting & security). Sponsorships range from $500-$5000.

Thank you for your support of the Bryan Rotary Club!
